Two small, town centre, flatted developments

 

Two new flatted developments in historic buildings in the centre of Henley-on-Thames.

 

The upper two floors of the smaller of these two properties has been successfully converted into two flats with a new entrance onto the street.  The other property has planning permission for the upper three storeys to be converted into six flats.

 

In both cases, a commercial unit has been retained on the ground floor, and in both cases we have used the space that was originally the “flat above the shop”, later becoming ancillary commercial space, back into use as residential accommodation.

 

Bringing new flats back in to use in the centre of Henley will help to support sustainable living, and enhance the vibrancy of town-living in this beautiful market town.
