Three new flatted developments in historic buildings in the centre of Henley-on-Thames: The upper floors of each of the first two properties have been successfully converted into two new flats and four new flats respectively.  The third property has planning permission for the upper three storeys to be converted into six flats.

In each case, a commercial unit has been retained on the ground floor, with the space that was originally the “flat above the shop”, which later became ancillary commercial space, converted back into use as residential accommodation.

Bringing new flats back in to use in the centre of Henley will help to support sustainable living and enhance the vibrancy of town-living in this beautiful market town.
