The Cow Shed - Conversion of a 1950s dairy to luxury holiday accommodation, Oxfordshire
This conversion, located in open countryside within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has been carefully designed to retain the industrial/agricultural character of the original dairy building.
Much of the structure was retained, including exposed metal roof trusses. Externally, new sheet metal roofing and timber wall cladding was used to retain the original aesthetic, and including areas of high-performance glass roof where there had previously been polycarbonate sheeting.
